| Ronda Law Nottingham claimed 1st place in ‘Creative Styling’ at the 1997 VGA show. She won multiple awards at multiple grooming competitions, including Best Report out of 117 competitors at the Grooming Expo in Hershey PA. Deanna Rudnick took 3rd place in the A Division at the All American Show in Chicago. Mari Dancause took 1st place in ‘Creative Styling’ in February 1999 and 2nd in ‘Terriers’ in February 2000. Also, Mari was named a rising star in 2002, 2003 and ‘rising star’ in ‘Mixed Breed Misc.’ at Intergroom International’ competition. She earned 2nd place in ‘Creative Styling’ at 2004 Grooming Expo. Maria Sherman placed 3rd in Terriers with a Scottie in February 2003 and 1st in Terriers with a Border Terrier in February 2005. Elaina Smith won 1st in Cockers in February 2000. Students should be prepared to bring with them enthusiasm, creativity, and an expression of their own individuality. The students at Canine Clippers School of Pet Grooming acquire extensive training in both canine and feline care. Students receive 120 hours of lectures and 480 hours of practical application. |
